Daniel counsels clients on a wide range of legal topics, including the areas of litigation, corporate and business law, and real estate law.
Daniel’s practice primarily includes client consultations and court appearances on behalf of clients, as well as the draft and review of numerous transactional and litigation documents including employment agreements, corporate governance and compliance documents, real estate purchase and lease agreements, business acquisition documents, pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and briefs.
Daniel graduated first in his class from the University of Akron School of Law and scored in the 100th Percentile on the February 2018 Ohio Bar Exam.
While in law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kathleen B. Burke in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Daniel also served as an editor of the Akron Law Review, Secretary and Treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and as an Academic Success Program Fellow in Contracts and Civil Procedure II. He was an advocate in the 2017 ABA National Moot Court Competition in Philadelphia, PA, and received the Outstanding Advocate Award in Akron Law’s 2017 Summer Trial Academy.
